E-160C: liquid obtained from Capsicum annum L. fruits, extracted by means of solvents, slightly viscous and homogeneous. It´s a natural dye for food use. It´s soluble in vegetable oils, soluble in alcohol, low soluble in mineral oils, and insoluble in glycerin.
It´s a product for food industry use. Not suitable for direct consumption.
Free of illegal dyes (Sudan I, Sudan II, etc).
