CAPSICUM OLEORESIN

This product is obtained from the extraction by solvents from hot Capsicum frutescens varieties. Capsaicin is the principal pungent substance. These are the only solvents allowed to be used in this process: methanol, ethanol, acetone, hexane, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, propanediol, and carbon dioxide. It´s soluble in vegetable oils, soluble in alcohol, low soluble in mineral oils, and insoluble in glycerine.
This product is for food industry use, and It´s not suitable for personal consumption.
